Gemini UK Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

r10n: Unfortunately I’ve been unable to modify this game to fit in with recent environmental changes so regrettably the GC must be archived. Many thanks to ‘Team K1W1’ and ‘KNL_Caching’ for building and organizing the Canadian side of this game.

How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

To get the final coordinates for this geocache you have to get your hands on the Gemini Device (UK) travel bug, go to the puzzle coordinates, and press the button. It will then display the final coordinates on its LCD screen. There you go, nice and easy.

Well, no. You wouldn't want it to be that easy would you. Where is the challenge in that. There is one additional thing you need to do.

This Gemini device is not alone. We have created another one and it lives in Canada. The Gemini Device (Canada) travel bug will do exactly the same things as its UK twin, and when successfully activated lead a geocacher to a final Canadian location.

To get the two Gemini devices to reveal their secrets both must be activated at the same time. So your one additional step to solve this puzzle geocache is to team-up with someone in Canada, over 7000 km and an 8 hours time difference away, and press the two buttons simultaneously.

And then go and find the geocache obviously.

The given puzzle coordinates are in a residential street but there is no need to go onto any private property. Please stay on the pavement.

A big thank you to Team K1W1 and KNL_Caching for setting up the Canadian side of this game.
