Come with me and the Monday Caching Crew (MCC) as we take a journey down the Nebo Ridge Trail in beautiful Hoosier National Forest.
Nebo Ridge Trail is also known as Knobstone Trail, although the actual Knobstone Trail (which is hiking only) is further south and is not connected. Nebo Ridge Trail is like a roller coaster through the woods, with lots of short and fast ups and downs. There are other trails that connect to this out and back trail, but they are designated for hiking only.
This is a chance to come out an enjoy a rarely used trail and take in the scenery of the changing fauna on the Hoosier National Forest. The loop is roughly about 6-7 miles in length and should not take all that long to hike. Looking at a 10:30 am show time at the parking coordinates to give our Indianapolis friends a chance to find this place!!!
