Deze cache is onderdeel van een serie van 5 caches langs het parcours van het NK Wielrennen 2012 in Kerkrade.
De serie bestaat uit 4 tradionals die allen in de buurt van een beklimming van het parcours liggen en 1 bonus cache. In de 4 traditionals vind je een cijfer dat je nodig hebt om de bonuscache te vinden.

Dit is de derde beklimming van het parcours. Deze weg verbindt Herzogenrath (Duitsland) met Kerkrade/Rolduc.
Tot kort voor het NK was dit een onverharde weg, die speciaal voor dit evenement geasfalteerd is.
Met een maximaal stijgingspercentage van 18%, lijkt het wel alsof er een duiveltje je in de kuiten bijt als je deze “berg” opfietst, vandaar de naam Duivels Bosch.
This is the third hill of the cycling route. It was a very old walking route between Herzogenrath (Germany) and Kerkrade/Rolduc.
Short before the NK, this road could only be used for walking or mountainbiking. Especially for this championship, the road got a layer of asphalt.
The climbing percentage is 18%. When you climb the "mountain" it feels like a devil is biting your legs, this is the reason for the name.
