One of my favorite places in Tulsa to walk, is Oxley Nature Center. One day as I was walking on this side of the lake, I was thinking their needed to be more caches here. So as I was walking one day, I found this place. It had to have a cache.
This is the first in a new caching series, Balance Is Key. I will hide more as I find what I think is a good place for them. I hope you enjoy it.
At Oxley Nature Center, the gates are open daily from 8 am - 5 pm, closed most holidays. You may also park outside the Nature Center's closed gates and hike in. Pets or bikes are not allowed on the Nature Center trails, but leashed ones can enjoy other parts of Mohawk Park.
On weekends, April 1 - October 31, you'll need to bring $2/vehicle to enter Mohawk Park, unless you are a member of Friends of Oxley Nature Center or Zoo Friends.
