dgauss: We may as well archive this remnant from the star series. It's had a long run of over 7 years, 75 finds, 16 faves. Originally it was a 5-gallon bucket in an unexplained even larger hole in a ditch. Eventually the hole was filled with rocks probably for safety reasons and the cache became buried contrary to the rules. Although some cachers were still able to dig it out, we replaced it on the surface by a not so large container taking some of the surprise out of the find. That we spotted the hole and it fit the idea of the series was fortuitous.
