Diese Serie ist schon mehr als 10 Jahre alt. Einige Caches der Serie existieren deshalb nicht mehr und auch der Bonus wurde unterdessen archiviert.
Einzelne Owner erhalten ihre Caches noch aktiv, aber es ist nicht mehr nötig, die Bonus-Zahlen zu sammeln, da dieser nicht mehr existiert.

Alcune cache di questa serie purtroppo non esistono più. In conseguenza non era è più possibile risolvere il bonus, in più è anche stato archiviato.
Diversi owner mantengono ancora le loro cache, dunque non è più necessario raccogliere i numeri del bonus, poiché questo non esiste più.

Da die Koordinaten in der Strassenschlucht recht springen, gibt es an einigen Posten, wo es wichtig ist, genau positioniert zu sein einen zusätzlichen Tipp.
Falls Du irgendwo Umlauten begegnest, zähle diese als einen Buchstaben (ä,ö,ü), ausser wenn Du sie nach A=1,...Z=26 umwandeln sollts, dann nimm ae, oe, ue.
Posten 1 (Hausaufgabe)
Hier findest Du ein traditionsreiches Berner Warenhaus, dem für dieses Gebäude gemäss dem oben verlinkten Artikel schon mehrere hundert Millionen Franken geboten wurde.
Wie Du siehst wurde dieses Angebot abgelehnt. Hast Du denn genug Flüssiges auf der Seite, um ein besseres Angebot zu machen? Um einen solchen Kauf zu tätigen, musst Du den potentiellen
Geschäftspartner gut kennen. Finde heraus, in welchem Jahr die Firma, welches dieses Warenhaus betreibt gegründet wurde.

Posten 2
Du stehst vor der Heiliggeistkirche, die von Bernern - wenig friedlich - HG genannt wird. Sie wurde von Niklaus Schiltknecht unter Verwendung von Entwürfen von Daniel und Albrecht Stürler erbaut.
Mehr Informationen findest Du auf dem Schild neben dem Eingang. Auf dem Schild steht ausserdem, wann die Kirche errichtet wurde. Nimm die Differenz zwischen den beiden Jahreszahlen und verdopple sie:

Posten 3 (wenn Du richtig stehst, hast Du gute Sicht auf einen deutschen Discounter)
Du stellst hier Deinen Wagen ab. Leider ist das hier verboten. Du wirst gebüsst. Gehe nicht über den Start. Gehe nicht ins Gefängnis.
Auf einer Tafel an der Hausmauer kannst Du sehen, wie gross Deine Busse ausfallen wird. Nimm die Differenz zwischen dem höchsten und dem tiefsten Betrag.

Posten 4
Ein florierendes Hotel braucht fliessendes Wasser. Das gab es in Bern noch nicht immer, früher musste das Wasser am Brunnen geholt werden.
Von diesen gibt es in Bern viele und ihnen ist sogar ein Cache gewidmet.
In der Spitalgasse steht auch einer davon, der Pfeifferbrunnen. Auf ihm tanzt eine Reihe lustiger Gestalten im Kreis, die meisten davon tragen rot-goldene Mützen.
Einer davon tanzt aber aus der Reihe, welche Farbe hat seine Kopfbedeckung? Nimm die Anzahl Buchstaben:

Posten 5 (stehst Du richtig, so hat es rechts von Dir ein Wort das mit Raubvögeln zu tun hat)
Hier siehst Du ein weiteres Gebäude, dessen Kauf wohl dein Budget sprengen würde. An der Fassade wurde bis vor kurzem prominent ein Gründungsjahr proklamiert, heute ist nur noch dessen Schatten sichtbar. Welches Jahr ist es?

Posten 6 (Du stehst vor einem Geschäft, das dem Namen nach auf der ganzen Erdkugel tätig ist)
Die ursprüngliche Informationstafel wurde von der Strassenseite um 90° versetzt angebracht. Du findest hier Informationen zum Kirchbergerhof.
Anstelle der Gartenanlagen wurde ein Hotel gebaut. In welchem Jahr? Ziehe davon noch 22 ab und Du erhältst:

Schau von hier aus auf die gegenüberliegende Strassenseite. Du siehst das Karl-Schenk-Haus. Zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Stock findest Du den Namen einer Kulturstätte.
Welche Farbe hat die Beschriftung? Wandle diese um nach A=1, B=2, ... Z=26 und summiere.

Final
An dieser Adresse eine Liegenschaft zu erwerben - geschweige denn ein Hotel zu bauen - ist schwieriger als man denkt. Es gibt jedoch eine Warteliste für Kaufwillige.
Berechne deren Koordinaten und trage Dich auf der Liste ein. Du findest diese bei:

Der Final ist gut 1.3km vom Posten 7 entfernt, das Tram mit der Nummer Z bringt Dich in die Nähe:

Es wird in Logs immer wieder bemängelt dass oder gefragt wieso der Final "so weit" entfernt ist.
Der Grund ist ganz einfach: Die Innenstadt Berns ist so dicht mit Caches belegt, dass es schlicht nicht mehr möglich ist in der Nähe der Spitalgasse eine Small-Dose zu legen, die nicht innert Tagen gemuggelt würde.

Voilà, voilà, ainsi tu veux acheter un bien immobilier ici ? Comme tu peux le lire (ici), tu n'es pas le seul intéressé.
Comme la réception est médiocre dans cette rue, je me suis fendu, pour certains postes où il est important de se trouver au bon endroit, d'un indice supplémentaire :)
Si tu rencontres des voyelles infléchies (Umlaute, ä, ö, ü), ecris les comme une seul lettre, sauf dans le cas ou tu dois les convertir selon A=1,...Z=26 ou tu dois les ecrire comme ae, oe, ue.
Poste 1 (à effectuer à la maison)
Tu trouveras ici un grand magasin bernois de tradition, à qui, comme tu as pu le lire dans l'article plus haut, a déjà été offert pour le bâtiment proprement dit plusieurs centaines de millions de francs.
Comme tu as pu t'en apercevoir, cette offre a été déclinée. As-tu assez d'argent frais de côté pour te mettre sur les rangs ? Si oui, tu te dois de bien connaître tes interlocuteurs potentiels.
Trouve en quelle année a été fondée la firme qui exploite ce grand magasin.

Tu te trouves devant la "Heiliggeistkirche" - l'église du Saint-Esprit -, aussi crûment nommée "HG" par les Bernois. Elle fut bâtie par Niklaus Schiltknecht sur la base d'esquisses de Daniel et Albrecht Stürler.
Tu peux lire plus sur le panneau à côté de l'entrée. Sur ce même panneau est aussi inscrit quand l'église fut bâtie. Prends deux fois la difference entre les deux années:

Poste 3 (si tu te trouves à la bonne place, tu as bonne vue sur un magasin d'une chaîne allemande)
Tu gares ta voiture ici. Mais malheureusement, c'est interdit. Tu vas recevoir une amende. Ne passe pas par le départ. Ne vas pas en prison.
Sur une plaque adossée au mur de la maison, tu peux voir à combien va se monter la douloureuse. Calcule la différence entre le montant le plus haut et le plus bas.

Poste 4
Un hôtel florissant a besoin d'eau courante. Ce n'était pas toujours le cas à Berne; il fut un temps où l'eau devait être tirée à la fontaine.
Il en existe encore beaucoup à Berne, une cache leur est même dédiée.
Une de ces fontaines, la "Pfeifferbrunnen", se trouve dans la "Spitalgasse". Tu y verras une rangée de figures amusantes, portant la plupart des bonnets rouge-or, dansant en rond sur la fontaine.
Une de celles-ci danse pourtant hors de la file; de quelle couleur est son couvre-chef ? Prend le mot allemand et compte le nombre de lettres:

Tu vois ici un autre bâtiment dont l'achat dépasserait sûrement de loin ton budget. Une année de fondation ressort de façon marquante de la façade. De quelle année s'agit-il?

Acquérir un bien-fonds à cette adresse - et encore moins y bâtir un hôtel - est plus difficile qu'on le croit.
Il y a pourtant une liste d'attente pour les personnes désireuses d'acheter; calcule ses coordonnées et inscrits toi.

La position finale est un peu plus que 1.3km loin de poste 7. Le tram numéro Z t'amène dans la propre direction:

So, you want to buy a property here? Others had the same idea (see here (German only)).
The coordinates may be a bit jumpy this close to the buildings. For those stages where exact positioning is important, I added a hint that should help.
If you encounter German Umlaut characters, take them as a single letter (ä,ö,ü), except when asked to convert them to A=1,...Z=26 in which case you need to take them as ae, oe, ue.
Stage 1 (Homework)
You are outside one of Berne's most prominent department stores. According to the article that is linked above, there have been offers of several hundred million francs for the building.
Apparently, these offers were turned down. Do you have liquidity enough to make a better offer? In order to strike such a deal, you need to know your potential business partner well.
Find out in which year the company that owns the store was founded.

Stage 2
You are standing in front of the church of the holy spirit (Heiliggeistkirche). People in Berne often just call it HG. It was built by Niklaus Schiltknecht using plans by Daniel and Albrecht Stürler.
More can be read on a sign next to the entrance. The sign also indicates when the church was built. What is the difference between the two years? Take double that value:

Stage 3 (if you're well positioned, you'll have a good view of a German discounter store)
You parked your car here. Unfortunately, this is prohibited here and you are fined. Do not pass start. Do not go to jail.
A sign on the wall tells you how big your fine will be. Take the difference between the highest and the lowest amount.

Stage 4
A thriving hotel needs running water. This was not always available in Berne, in the old days, people had to fetch their water from the fountains.
There are many of those in Berne and there is even a cache that is dedicated to them.
One of these fountains, the Piper's fountain, is located in the Spitalgasse. On it you see a number of merry figures dancing around the fountain.
Most of them wear red hats. However, one of them covers his head with another colour. Take the number of letters of the German word of the colour:

Stage 5 (if you're in the correct position you can see the name of a bird of prey above you on the right)
Buying this building would likely bust your budget. On its front it used to proudly proclaim a year of establishment, today only the year's shadow can be seen. What year is it?

Stage 6 (the name of the shop you stand in front of claims being world wide)
The original information plate has been replaced and moved. Instead of facing the street it now faces 90° from it. You find information about the "Kirchbergerhof".
Instead of gardens, a hotel was built. In which year? Subtract 22 from that year and you'll get:

Stage 7
Look at the building on the other side of the street. You will see the Karl-Schenk-Building. Between the first and second floor you can see the name of a theatre.
What colour are the letters? Take the German word and convert it according to A=1, B=2, ... Z=26 and add up.

Final
Buying a property here - let alone building a hotel - is harder than you think. Luckily, there is a waiting list for potential investors.

The final location is a bit more than 1.3km away from stage 7. Tram number Z takes you close to that place:

Quite a few logs complain about or wonder why the final location is "so far" away.
The reason is simple: The old town of Bern is so densly populated with caches that it is just impossible to hide a small box anywhere where it will last longer than two days without being muggled.
