This cache is almost a park and grab. The container is small. You may have to look a bit. Be mindful of traffic. There is no need to be on the road. A parking way point is provided. It is the safest place to park. Bring a pencil. Please replace cache as found.
Watching the waters. This cache was placed during Superstorm Sandy. At the time of placement , this area was sand bagged as a precaution. In the past this small creek has risen above it's banks and flooded the valley. Sandy spared this area from it's devastating waters. Many areas of the eastern U.S. were not so fortunate.
That said......Be aware of the changing winds, be prepared, and lend a hand to those in need.
