This cache has been disabled for an extended period of time. Due to the lack of response toward the needed maintenance since our last contact, I am archiving the cache. If you do happen to complete the maintenance required and wish to activate the cache again just let me know and I will consider unarchiving it once the issue is resolved.

You may not be able to access this cache when it is very wet. If there has been several days of rain, it is wiser to access the cache by first driving down 424 and using this as the preferred route. If you are adventurous, then by all means attempt the dirt road but once again, please only choose this way if the road is frozen or if we experienced a dry spell.

Welcome to the Miller Ammo Can Hide -first ever (#1)

We have been brainstorming over several months and wanted to do an ammo can hide. In this area, there doesn't seem to be an abundance of geocaches. We spotted the perfect place and stated that there should be a geocache there. Well wait no more, there is now a geocache there!!!

This hide is a family effort, we struggled with coming up with a theme but yet could not think of one. Why just not theme it after our family? Here it is.

As a family we spending time outdoors whether its quadding, fishing, geocaching or target shooting. If it's work or play, we just enjoy spending time together discovering new things or not (if there is nothing new to discover).

Please leave the Turdle attached to the lid, this is his home. He is also from a place that we love to vacation so he is the keeper of our cache.

There is a paracord bracelet for the FTF.

Original inventory includes:

A 30 caliber 168 grain slug (don't worry, it's totally harmless & the only way you can hurt yourself is if you stick it up your nose or swallow it, which I don't reccomend either practice)
What's an ammo can without ammo? We have also a 300 win.mag inert bullet in there. IT IS NOT LIVE. The primer & gunpowder are not a part of the assembly, so this is for DISPLAY PURPOSES/ammo can decoration ONLY! Please leave the slug & inert bullet in the ammo can.

Please feel free to take one of the following items:
A fish hook (sharp parts removed)
2 jewels
mini-flashlight keychain
headlamp
(or any other goodies that will make their way in here)
