This Cache was placed as part of the Manitoba Geocaching Association's October Hiding Contest.
For this cache you will need to think outside the box, literal thinking will not help you. Instead you need to make wild jumps in thinking and use your creativity and intuition.
Cache is an Ammo Can, as per the Month of Ammo Can Hides contest rules. However this cache is locked up tight! To gain access to the treasure within you need to solve an associational/symbolic puzzle code. Everything you need is on site at GZ. This will be an easy solve for some, but a devilishly difficult one for others. Please do not attempt to force the mechanism, all it will do is rob you of solving the cache properly and ruin it for the next person.
If there is lots of snow you might need a shovel, Lock De-Icer and a Brush in order to see/use all of the parts of the cache. Best to get to it before deep winter.
There is a certificate for the FTF.
Unfortunately the puzzle portion of this cache is broken. The unique nature of the lock means I need to redo this completly, I've decided to leave this cache as a regular cache and re-visit this puzzle on a new hide, using the lessons learned here. Keep an eye out!
