W8TTS: The city, in their infinite wisdom, has decided to make the Lehner Park accessible only on Tuesdays and Thursday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. [?] Which makes this a poor spot for a cache. So, until they decide to reopen the park at times that make it useful for people, I'm going to Arching this one. [V]

BTW. I stopped to check on this on a Thursday at 12:30PM, and guess what? It wasn't open. [:(!][:(!][:(!]
