Nancy and Walter sometimes take a break from slots and head over to the blackjack tables (if it's a $2 minimum, that is.) 
They're not well versed in the game and never play long (maybe that's why they never play long!). We caught up with them at the Tamarack Junction here in south Reno and witnessed the following conversation -
Nancy: Did you mean to hit there?
Walter: For sure, that's the correct one.
Nancy: To do THAT?
Walter: You always hit on a king and a trey.
Nancy: There's more chances you'd draw a nine or above and...
Walter: It worked, for didn't it?!
Nancy: ...AND, a deuce, you'd hit, only a moron would hit with what the dealer's showing.
Walter: Why I ought too...
Nancy: Hah! You're too dang much.
Walter: YOU'RE too much!
(Some days they get along better than others!)
