The event will begin at precisely 13:14 (that's a quarter past one in old money) with the traditional signal as the orange bucket is placed at ground zero. There is not enough time to pass round a log book, so collect a card from me, sign it with your caching name and drop it in the bucket. The bucket will also hold any trackables you wish to swap.
Now it wouldn't be much of a flash mob if that's all we did. So there is a theme!
After signing the log, put on your hi-viz vest if you have one, get out your tape measure, ruler or piece of string and get measuring. The height of the bollards, the lengths of the paving slabs, the size of the monument, your dog, each other etc, etc. And carefully note down your measurements on your clipboard or notepad.
We must get a group photo! At the last flash mob, the rain started and we forgot this important part of the event. This time it's not a World Wide Flash Mob, but we should still get a record of our antics.

Event concludes – disperse quickly and in all possible directions. |
After the event, we might meet up in a local pub, but I'm not sure of any that allow children. Look out for an announcement nearer the time. The event is in the middle of the day so you may want to go off caching afterwards, there are a few caches around the loch which would make for a pleasant walk.
