Great Detectives: Lt. Columbo Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

The WBs: I was considering re-deployment or transferring ownership on the detectives, as circumstances are unfortunately preventing the maintenance I should be providing. Archiving is the best option, based on the tone of the DNF logs and dwindling interest in caches in the "unknown" category that are not challenge caches. Thanks for playing!

The TV series Columbo was unique in that the viewer knew who the criminal was from the start; the fun was in seeing how rumpled, seemingly clueless Lt. Columbo would trap the perpetrator in the end. Columbo was created by William Link and Richard Levinson, and of course Peter Falk brought his own talent to the role.

Oh, and one more thing...
Since Columbo has seven letters, let's play Scrabble! Use your tiles to make seven different words which match the definitions given.
(Just in case it's hard to read or you need a reminder, dark blue is TRIPLE LETTER SCORE, light blue is DOUBLE LETTER SCORE, pink is DOUBLE WORD SCORE, red is TRIPLE WORD SCORE, and a plain tan square leaves the letter score as is.) Your answers will read left to right, and valid words will not be formed vertically.

Add up your total score for the seven words you made.
N 41 22.(Your score + 278)
W 96 11.(Your score + 834)
