monstercatambush: Alas, the end of an era. Not only did I have to shut off these caches for the season, but they've now been ordered archived for good. Thanks to all (granted, there's not many) of you that have hunted these over the years. My understanding is that, even if paper work is done to make these caches "legitimate", they're in an area where caches just aren't going to happen. I'll try, though.

Geocache Description:

Arrrr... One last voyage into the mysterious Pine Grove! The day after the event, the area is closed until next season. Depending on factors beyond our control, this may be the last chance to make this trip EVER!

So sign aboard, and make ready for adventure!

Arrr... Make ready to set sail, ye scurvy dogs! We’re heading out for high adventure among the notoriously pirate infested channels and islands of Pine Grove. Here’s a chance to do something a little different as far as a meet-n-greet goes. Right now we’re planning this for September 30th at 10:00 am.

P.S. Though there's a good chance we'll be pretty sick of each other by the end of the day, we might want to get some grub at that same place where we did the 10th anniversary event. That's just up the hill from here. Maybe comment in your "will attend" if you might be interested. We warned them last time the cachers were coming and they went out of their way to make us welcome.
