The Flamingo Arroyo Trail begins West of Las Vegas Blvd, passing by it's namesake, Flamingo Hotel, historically, the Las Vegas strip has undergone a constant process of self-reinvention. Rubble generated by recent demolition has been used as landfill along the Flamingo Arroyo Trail. Rubble from the Stardust Hotel, built in 1955 and imploded March 13, 2007 has been placed at Pecos Mcleod and Lamb Trailhead as contemporary Archeological Artifacts aknowledging this urban process. I hope you will enjoy this cache and it's meaning. Please be stealthy as this cache is next to a school. BYOP/Tweezers.
