Geocache Description:

Come and join the MEGA Planning Committee to set up for the first MEGA Event in South Africa!

Many hands make light work, so if you are able to come and help us set up, it would be greatly appreciated.

After all the work has been done, we'll have a little braai to replenish our energy levels. Please bring along your own "dop and chop". Fires will be provided.

Time: From 15:00 until approx. 19:00

Date: Thursday, 04 October 2012

Place: Picnic Area, Voortrekker Monument Heritage Site

Please ensure that you inform the security at the Main Entrance Gate that you are there to set up the Picnic Venue for the Geocaching MEGA Event.
