Geocache Description:

This cache is dedicated to the unusual monument called  "Children are the Victims of Adult Vices" created by Russian artist Mihail Chemiakin. To find it you will need to discover some facts about Chemiakin's art works (better to do it beforehand). This is а micro capsule, BYOP.

The monument "Children are the Victims of Adults' Vices" was constructed in 2001 by Mihail Chemiakin, a Russian painter, stage designer, sculptor, publisher and a representative of the nonconformist art. It depicts two unaware children playing as thirteen evil statues surround them. Chemiakin said that, "[The sculpture] ... was conceived and carried out by me as a symbol and a call to fight for the salvation of present and future generations."
The thirteen bronze "evil" sculptures depict alcoholism, exploitation of child labour, drug addiction, prostitution, sadism, ignorance, pseudoscience, war, poverty, theft and advocating violence. Each work is incredibly detailed, showing figures closing in on the little golden boy and girl. Besides the children, the centerpiece of the work is the statue depicting indifference to these vices, and showing a man with closed eyes, plugged ears and folded arms.
When the work was first constructed, there was some concern that the outstretched hands of the grotesque evils would frighten children. Nonetheless Chemiakin's work survived and can still be seen just south of the Kremlin on the banks of the Moscow River.
It's better to visit the monument in the daytime, because at midnight the gate is closed, leaving poor children face to face with this scary creatures till morning.

The coordinates in the heading  will lead you to the sculptures, but the cache itself is in the point with coordinates:
