Purpose: 'Tis the Season...for Geocaching!
Schedule of Events:
The official sign-in for the event will begin at 5:30 pm and continue until 8:30 pm. At the event site, those in attendance will be able to participate in a "12 Caches of Christmas" Chinese Auction! Tickets for the auction can be earned by completing an official 12 Caches of Christmas geocache. These will be released around December 1st to give everyone time to find them prior to the event. For every cache completed, you will receive one ticket for the auction. Can you guess how many caches there will be? Also, just for attending the event, you will receive a ticket. The official drawing for the auction will begin at 7:00 pm, and you must be present to win.
Since this is an outdoor evening event in December, you will need to have warmth! That is what the Bon Fire will be for! Please make sure you bring a folding chair to sit in so you can enjoy the warmth and glow of the fire. There might even be a Wagon Ride for snuggling! Also, Hot Chocolate will be supplied to keep with the "warm" theme of the night! Can you guess how you should dress?
Finally, at 8:00 pm, we will finish off the event with a Flash Mob Photo of all in attendance!
