Church Micro 2871...Tingrith
This cache has been placed to bring you to the Church of St Nicholas, Tingrith.
The cache is a glue stick, clad in black tape.. It only contains a log - you are a geocacher, you should have a writing implement!
Please note that the final cache is located outside the churchyard.
The Church building is lovingly maintained and dates back to the 13th century. The church was restored in 1995 and its tower was then restored in 2007. Residents use the building for services and village events such as fetes. A community area at the rear of the building is available for use by local groups.
I placed the cache here as I never knew Tingrith had a church, until I saw signs for the Church Fete when driving through to perform cache maintenance at Milton Bryan's Church Micro.
Please take time to explore the peace and tranquility, but please be respectful in the church and its grounds.
To find the location of the final cache, you will first need to find the church sign. The priest's phone number is 01525 7A4B4C. Then find the main double doors in the southern porch. The handle on the left hand door has D studs. The handle on the right hand door has E studs. The keyhole has F studs.
