KERKERS: After a maintenance run yesterday I discovered this container missing again. This will now be the third time it went missing and obviously a muggle know that something has been hidden in this tree. Since I also new moved and do not stay in the area any longer it became difficult to maintain the caches. I therefore will be archiving this one,

Geocache Description:

Easy road side cache.

The “March Hare” is a popular mountain bike race hosted at the Dunblane Estate every year in March. The first race was hosted in 2010 with a total, 125 participants riding in the 50, 20 and 10 kilometer distances. It has now evolved into a 60, 35 and 10 kilometer distance race. It has grown in popularity ever since and expected entries for 2013 should be close to a thousand.

The cache location sits on the race route for the 60 and 35 kilometer distances. The cache location is quite dominant if compared to the rest of the landscape . The dirt road is suitable for any modes of transport. Enjoy the view of Dunblane from here. The dirt road leading to the cache site might be a problem in the rainy season. Please bring your own pencil as the container only contains the log.
