Dotajās koordinātās jūs slēpni neatradīsiet. Lai atrisinātu uzdevumu, jums nāksies tikai nopludināt Rīgu. Konteineris ir small izmēra ziepju burbuļu trauciņš, kas satur viesu grāmatiņu un, pirmajam, atradējam, kaut ko apaļu un spīdīgu. Zīmulis neielikās, tāpēc, vismaz pagaidām, BYOP

At the given coordinates you will not find the cache. In order to find the cache, you will only have to flood Riga city. The container is a small soap bubble tube that contains a logbook, and something round and shiny fir the first to find. I did not put a pencil inside it, so, at least for now, BYOP

Reiz, sen senos laikos, tagadējā Rīgas HES nopludinātajā teritorijā mitinājās neliela skaitā, bet varen iespaidīga civilizācija, kura pati sev bija devusi nosaukumu - Pasaules Meklētāji.
Pasaules Meklētāji, kā jau nosaukums liecina, bija diez gan ļoti aizrāvušies ar .. pētīšanu, mekllēšanu, atklāšanu - pasaules apceļošanu. Koordinātas tiem bija tik pat kā svētas. Nelielās grupiņās tie staigāja visur, kur var un kur nevar iedomāties - un, ak, tie redzēja tik daudz! Interesantāko vietu koordinātas tika pierakstītas, nestas atpakaļ uz ciematu un pārrakstītas vienā no neskaitāmi daudz grāmatām, kuras tika izvietotas visiem vienmēr brīvi pieejamā bibliotēkā. Pavisam interesantāko vietu koordinātas tika pat iekaltas akmenī - lai drošs, ka saglabājas!
Tā viņi staigāja pa pasauli, meklēdami aiz vien jaunas un interesantas vietas, veicot atklājumus un izbaudot neizsakāmi skaistās panorāmas līdz, kādu dienu, kāds ceļotājs atklāja kaut ko tik skaistu.. TIK skaistu, fascinējošu un brīnišķīg, ka tūliņ pat traucās atpakaļ uz ciemu, lai pastāstītu saviem brāļiem un māsām par to, ko tikko redzējis. Viņi devās, apskatīja un tiešām - varen brīnišķīgi! Un te pat, relatīvi netālu - kurš to būtu domājis? Šādos gadījumos šīs koordinātas būtu jāiekaļ akmenī, bet, pēc apspriešanās ar vecākajiem, tika izlemts izveidot kaut ko vēl paliekošāku - tika izlemts uzrakstīt šīs koordinātas uz zemes, kur katrs cipars būtu izkalts no milzīga, viendabīga, zilagana opāla akmens gabala! Tā arī tika darīts- varenā tauta sanāca kopā un kats pielika savu roku, lai izveidotu šo fantastisko pieminekli šai fantastiskajai lokācijai. Izveide nebija viegla un ātra, bet, ak, cik skaisti tas bija, kad tika pabeigts. No liela attāluma varēja redzēt, kā saulē gozējas un zaigo milzīgie, zilganie opāla cipari. Tas šīs civilizācijas augstākais punkts, lielākais sasniegums.
Diemžēl, katrai civilizācijai kādreiz pienāk gals un Pasaules Meklētāji nebija izņēmums - nāca citi laiki un citi cilvēki. Ar vien tuvāk tika būvēti jauni ciemi un pilsētas ar vien palielinājās, pieprasot vairāk elektro enerģijas. .. tika izplānots un uzbūvēts Rīgas HES, pilnībā nopludinot Pasauļu Meklētāju ciemu ar visu, kas tajā tika pierakstīts/ iekalts. Paši Pasaules meklētāji palika izklīduši pa pasauli, bez kopīgas vietas, kur atgriezties, bet viņi bija un joprojām ir sīksti un nepadodas lai tur vai kas - tie pielāgojās mūsdienīgajai pasaulei, deva sev citu nosaukumu un atrada citu vietu, kur apmainīties ar informāciju. Vietu, kas ir kā tīkls pārklāts pāri visai pasaulei .. varbūt esiet saskārušies ar meklētājiem?
Ja jums interesē, kur atrodas augstāk minētā vieta un kas tur īsti ir, jums nāksies atrast veidu, kā aplūkot opālā kaltās koordinātas, kas tā arī palika savā vietā un tika nopludinātas.
Varbūt iztukšoot ūdenskrātuvi... (?)

Once apon a time, at the current Riga HES flooded territory there lived a small in numbers, but quite impressive civilization, which called themselves - the World Seekers.
The World Seekers, as the title says, ware quite a bit infatuated with .. research, seeking, discovering - traveling the world! Coordinates ware almost holy to them. In small groups, they wondered where ever you can and cannot imagine - and, oh, they saw so much! The coordinates of the most interesting places got written down, brought back to the village and re-written in one of the countless books, which ware placed in a library that is free to accessible to anyone at any time. The coordinates of the most interesting places ware even engraved in stone - to be sure that they will last!
So they wondered the world, searching for new and interesting places, making discoveries and enjoying the inexpressibly beautiful vistas till, some day, one seeker found something so beautiful.. SO beautiful, fascinating and wonderful, that he ran back to the village to tell his brothers and sisters of what he just saw. They walked to the said place, looked, and for sure - impressively beautiful! And it is so relatively close - who would have thought? In this kind of situation, the coordinates would be engraved in stone, but, after a consultation with the elders, it was decided to create something even more lasting - it was decided to write down these coordinates on the ground where each individual digit would be carved out of a single, monolithic, blue-ish opal rock! And so they did - the mighty civilization gathered and everyone put they'r hand into making this wonderful monument for this wonderful location. Construction was no fast and easy, but, oh, how beautiful it was when finished. From war away you could see the large, blue opal digits laying and shining in the sun. This was the highest point of the civilization.
Unfortunately, every civilization has its end and the World Seekers ware no exception - there came a new era with new people .. other villages ware built closer and closer, the cities expanded eventually demanding more electric energy .. came time when it was planned to build the Riga Dam, completely flooding the World Seekers village with everything that was written and engraved in it. The World Seekers themselves ware left scattered across the world, without a common place to go back, but they ware and still are mighty and they don't give up so easily - they adjusted to the modern world, gave themselves a new name and found a different place, where they can share information . A place, that is almost like a web, covering the whole world.. maybe you have met these seekers?
If you are interested in finding the above mentioned wonderful place, you will have to find a way to see the coordinates that ware carved out of opal as a monument. Coordinates, that ware flooded in to oblivion.
Maybe try to empty the water storage, the dam itself ... (?)
