International Earthcache Day
A great day to Meet cachers at 9AM and join the team. Members of the Penobscot County Conservation Association (PCCA) will be there too and welcome us to their building and grounds for a clean up. We will work as long as there are trails to clean, brush to haul and other chores to clean up the grounds.
There will be a table for swapping trackables, the usual log book and of course Geostories.
PCCA is having a clean up day. I am on the Board of Directors and would am sponsoring this CITO event so Geocachers can gather, get a chance to help us and meet the folks who have generously let us use their grounds for caches placements in the past as well as for events.
It will start at 9A and go as long as possible to get a lot done. A more specific list of tasks will be made available as the work list is made. We would welcome you to bring tools (snippers, clippers, rakes, etc) and trash bags.
Bring a lunch or if other plans are made I will announce them. NEWS - we will have coffee available in the morning and I think light lunch items. More after the PCCA meeting next week.
