When this cache was placed, Ranger Fox accomplished what less than 30 people in the world has done: Found over 30,000 caches! This cache is a tribute to Ranger Fox and this feat.
This cache was placed with one of Ranger Fox's favorite things: terrain! You can paddle from upstream and find the cache within 100 feet of the bank. You can park the car and follow the trail for about 800 feet and find it that way. On a rainy or even a damp day, things are very slick! On warm, dry days, critters! If you come in the afternoon, be prepared to donate some blood to ticks and mosquitoes. Do you like briers and poison ivy? Got that for you too! How about rocks? Downed trees? Even muggles? We got you covered!
Ranger Fox has seen both Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, Gulf of Mexico and even ancient seafloors in the midwest. We stocked the cache with shells from all four places for swag. This is a classic Ranger Fox hide for an ammo can. Have fun and be safe!
