Geocache Description:

[en] The cache is hidden near the church, in Bukowina Tatrzańska, a beautiful village in Tatra County.

The village has a population of 2700. It is one of the highest Polish municipality, it is situated at an elevation from 860 up to more than 1000 meters above sea level. Bukowina is very popular touristic place. Both, in winter and summer. It has many ski lifts, thermal baths, untouched nature, clean water, Bialka river. There are plenty of restaurants and bars offering great regional food.
Bukowina is also known as cultural life center. The Folk's Community House, built in Bukowina in 1928, hosts the annual folk events: Sabała’s Tales and Highlanders’ Carnival.
Bukowina can accommodate up to 20 000 tourists.



To find the cache you need to go to the entrance to the old wooden church, which was build in 1887–1900. When you stay on the stairs in the front of the entrance to the church, on your left there is a wooden cross. It has several years dates sculptured under the "MISJE SWIETE" writing. Take the first, the earliest year and sum the number of digits to have A.
Next go to the right side of the church and find small chapel facing the street, which is located in the middle of the church. There is a relief of Saint Christopher (Krzysztof) who is drivers patron. Count how many letters is in the most top writing in this relief, above "SW. KRZYSZTOF". It will give you B.
