Gançaria é uma freguesia portuguesa do concelho de Santarém, com 4,74 km² de área e 514 habitantes (2011). Densidade: 108,4 hab/km².

Limitada por Alcobertas, Fráguas (Concelho de Rio Maior) e Alcanede, Gançaria é a freguesia mais jovem do concelho de Santarém, criada em Junho de 1985 por desanexação da freguesia de Alcanede.

A agricultura, a pecuária, a indústria de transformação de madeiras, a indústria extractiva de caulinos e a cerâmica, desempenham, em finais do Séc. XX um papel muito importante na ocupação das gentes desta recente freguesia.

A romaria em honra de Nossa Senhora da Saúde tem uma longa tradição. Sendo ainda hoje visitada por milhares de devotos de todo o país, que ali acorrem em veneração a esta santa. Continua a ser celebrada anualmente no dia 8 de Setembro, tal como há duzentos e cinquenta anos.

Limited by Alcobertas, Fráguas (Municipality of Rio Maior) and Alcanede, Gançaria is the parish's youngest municipality of Santarém, established in June 1985 by detaching from the parish of Alcanede.

Agriculture, livestock, wood processing industry, the mining of kaolin and pottery, play at the end of the twentieth century a very important role in the recent occupation of the people of this parish.

The pilgrimage in honor of Our Lady of Health has a long tradition. And it is still visited by thousands of devotees from all over the country who flock there on the veneration of this saint. Continues to be celebrated annually on 8 September as two hundred and fifty years.
