This purpose of this event will be to give geocachers from far and wide the opportunity to meet fellow geocachers in CQ. There are hundreds of us across this vast land. We encorage you all to come to Rockhampton for the weekend of the 16th of November to the 18th of November.
Along with a meet and greet, some of the locals will be publishing 70+ new caches including 2 short power trails, an earth cache, letterbox Hybrid, and possibly even a whereigo cache. We are also working on organising a CITO. All of this hopefully means that you will have the opportunity to find 8 types of caches in one day, and lots of FTFs up for grabs!
Saturday of this weekend of events will kick off in Rigarlsford Park at 3pm, with GPS and caching related games for geocachers of all ages and finish up with a BBQ. BYO drinks.
There will be prizes kindly donated by an online geocaching store and local Rockhampton businesses.
