This event is being held in conjunction with the 7th Annual Mauston Pumpkin Bash.
When you sign in at the geocaching booth, you will receive a playing card with a chance to win
entries for the prize drawings in the afternoon. The more listed caches you find, the more prize
tickets you will receive for the drawing.
We will be placing another 60-70 caches in the area in preparation for the event.
We will also have a creative cache container contest. Please bring your most creative cache
container. Also, don’t forget to vote for your favorite container!
Our booth will be a good place for cachers to meet and socialize. We will also be available to let curious muggles know about geocaching.
There will be food vendors available at the fairgrounds along with many other family-friendly
activities throughout the day. Geocaching merchandise will be available for purchase in the
vendor booths.
Schedule of Events (times subject to change):
10:00 Check in/Registration/Pick up cache card/Drop off creative cache containers
12:00 Deadline for creative cache container dropoff - Voting for Creative cache start
3:00 Return cache cards for drawing tickets/Deadline for casting vote on creative cache.
3:30 Prize drawings
A couple of the prizes this year will be a Garmin Etrex 20 and a Garmin Chirp :-)
