Geocache Description:

THE FORGE< Billericay
12:00Hrs- 16:00Hrs

GSAK Training and Orientation event to aid the geocaching community  on how to use the " Swiss Army Knife" for Geocachers.

The objective of the training is to help Geocachers use certain tools that are available.

GSAK is a particularly usefull tool. Cass Flowers (CassAndy), Andy Kettlety  (Red Duster) and Andy Hutcheon(Hutchyweb) has kindly volunteered there time to help us use the tools and answer any questions about the programs that can be used to help you use  your GPS's more effectivly.
This is supposed to be entry level but with the help around we would like to think help will be available to all.

The event will start from 1200Hrs.
Cass will start her presentation at 1400Hrs. This will be in the function room upstairs but allows people the opportunity to grab a spot of Lunch prior to the Workshop. The forge has a very reasonable Menu.
If you can could you please bring your own Laptop so we can all work with them. If you don't have a Laptop dont worry we can share our laptops with you. Hopefully we will have 3 screens showing what is going on so we should all be able to see and follow the action.

I have been talking with Cass and it is only fair to mention that GSAK is predominanly used by Premium Members to upload Pocket queries and if you are not a premium member you are more than welcome to attend but it may not be of much use.
BUT PLEASE FEEL FREE TO JOIN US AND SOCIALISE

THERE IS NO COST FOR THIS EVENT

We are here by Kind invitation of Landlords Harry & Daniel Stevenson ( DJSJAGS)
if you would like to see the menu please look on the website The Forge  But there is no obligation
