Klaatu Barada Nikto Mystery Cache

This is the same kind of cipher as Oyata’ge'ronoñ , called a syllabary cipher. Its a standard 10x10 key square containing all 26 letters and all 10 digits, plus a few common 2 & 3 letter combinations.

When its used as above starting with "A" and the rows & columns are in order it is know a "known coordinates, known keysquare". Obviously that is pretty easy to crack so the next step would be either using a mixed key code, using a keyword or phrase built from the square or mixing the rows and columns up. These are known as "known coordinates, unknown keysquare" and "unknown coordinates, known keysquare". The hardest of the bunch would be mixing both the rows/columns and using a keyword, "unknown coordinates, unknown keysquare". Oyata’ge'ronoñ is the later type of cipher. This one however only has a keyword with 0-9 rows & columns in order, the "known coordinates, unknown keysquare" variety, as such it should be fairly easy.
