The published co-ordinates will take you to the location of this 'Fine Pair' which has been adopted by the local community as a protected notice board location. What a great idea! As you can see it has recently had a beautiful British coat of paint: something of a change of image! It would be great if more of these boxes were adopted in this way.
These phone boxes, designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott in the 1920's, have become collectors’ items and an example of things quintessentially English.
For more information on these phone boxes, see the Wikipedia entry Red Telephone Box.
If anybody would like to extend 'A Fine Pair' series you are welcome to do so but first please contact wizardsmum, the series originator, and request a Pair number as she keeps track of the numbers and names of these caches to avoid duplication.
