Geocache Description:

The 5th  and final (depending on your direction of approach) of a 'Quintet' of assorted sized caches, forming a 5.9Km loop around one of my favorite dog walks. Encompassing some glorious views to all points of the compass...

The loop is very much a full countryside experience, so seasonal wear is advised accordingly. Room for one car only at Whingreen, however scope for a couple of cars just north of Hanger Down Yomp-2 at Hall Cross. (If you are doing the loop that is). All caches placed with the help of my geom8 and fellow maintainer, PercyW66. (Although I have the dog so methinks I will be doing most of the 'maintaining)' LOL. Small round black container with log inside (bring own writing implement) capable of holding small to medium GC's or TB's.

The final cache, (maybe) in the loop, from Ginger Bread Cottage to here, route starts mellow but then at the significant 90 degree turn left (if doing in order) from the track, after the cattle grid, is reminisent of Shaugh Prior and walking The Dewerstone area, some steep inclines and hidden rocky boulder fields you would expect to see in The Shaugh Valley.

Some lovely woodland with some great views nearer GZ, of the south coast and the south hams! On a good day 'Kernow' is very visable! Once you are done here, continue east up onto Hanger Down and swing south along wall back to Whinegreen and HDY 1. Loop complete, hope you enjoyed it.
