Geocache Description:

Not far from the Sacramento Shooting Center. Target practice anyone?

I decided to put this cache here because of the wrong directions I got from TomTom on my way to the range one day during the rainy season, it would not have been so bad except I was on my 04 Yamaha R6 street bike. The rode was soaked but not too muddy to get stuck but the wide and some deep puddles I had to ride on the edges or some push the bike across (I’m a bit stubborn and looked at this as a challenge). When TomTom said I had reached my destination on my right when I was still in the middle of nowhere that’s when I got a bit mad and looked up the address on Google maps. “Oh that’s where it is and I should have turned on Ione to Meiss Rd not Dillard to Meiss.” So anyway now TomTom can’t find 15501 Meiss and corrects to 16000 Meiss so I ended up putting the cache here instead of the original location. It’s a nice fun road any season you choose with the right vehicle just be a bit carful it’s a bit unkempt. Enjoy and happy hunting.
