Geocache Description:

This large geocache was hidden with the help of three middle-school aged boys (the ones that brought you TMNT Training Ground). This cache is nothing like their previous work. This is a straight-up, classic woods hide and, with the exception of the slippery slope, shouldn't give you any trouble. There is plenty of room for larger trading items so let's load it up. Original contents consisted of four travel bugs.

Placed along the Arroyo Viejo Creek fireroad and trail, this cache is found in a small grove of eucalyptus trees. These non-native and invasive species of tree has spread uncontrolled throughout our state. Some folks find their smell desirable - others think it smells like feline urine. But I digress. In an effort to bring a small stretch of Arroyo Viejo Creek back to a native riparian plant zone, many of the eucalyptus trees were cut and repurposed as benches. This may have been one of them. Please enjoy this quick and easy hide.
