You are looking for a micro cache placed near Chepstow railway station. It is at ground level. It is very public and can be busy ,so try and be as discrete as possible.
The railway from Chepstow to Swansea was finished in1850, from Chepstow to Gloucester a year later. Brunel's tubular bridge was finished in 1853. Until then, passengers were transported over the Wye by coach. In 1876 the Wye Valley line was opened and the station was called Chepstow Junction. The railway buildings were 'jacked up' to standard platform hight. It still has atractive victorian buildings and is well used.
There is plenty of parking, but it always seems to be full up during the day! Congratulations to 'juxtapoz' F.T.F. New location, actually closer to station building
