PARA QUEM QUISER (E AGUENTAR: SÃO 11,3 KM NO TOTAL) FAZER TODAS AS TRILHAS NO MESMO DIA, SUGERIMOS COMEÇAR PELA TRILHA DAS 4 PONTES E EM SEGUIDA PEGAR A TRILHA DOS CAMPOS. NO SEU FINAL, VIRAR À DIREITA E PEGAR A TRILHA DA CACHOEIRA. NO RETORNO, PROSSEGUIR EM DIREÇÃO À SEDE. ANTES DE CHEGAR LÁ, PEGAR A TRILHA DO RIO SAPUCAÍ, QUE É CIRCULAR E TERMINA NO MESMO LOCAL DO SEU INÍCIO. A TRILHA DO BOSQUE VERMELHO PODE SER FEITA DE BICICLETA OU MESMO DE CARRO. O PARQUE ABRE TODOS OS DIAS (EM JANEIRO, JUNHO E JULHO) DAS 9:00 ÀS 16:OO HORAS. NOS DEMAIS MESES, FECHA ÀS QUARTAS-FEIRAS.
O Horto Florestal ocupa uma área que corresponde a um terço de Campos do Jordão; são 8.340 hectares e é o Parque Estadual mais antigo do Brasil. É uma das maiores reservas de árvores coníferas de São Paulo.
No Parque existe uma infinidade de atrações para o lazer e para relaxar. Bosques para pic-nic, trilhas, lanchonetes, capela, arborismo, trenzinho, viveiro de plantas, e, se tiver sorte, verá uma variedade de pássaros e borboletas ao longo das trilhas.
Tudo é muito bem sinalizado e com placas educativas em favor do meio ambiente.
É um passeio para um dia inteiro, tanto para adultos, como para as crianças.
Você poderá ver também uma serraria dentro do Horto Florestal, que é movida por uma antiga roda d'água e tudo isso em meio a muito verde e muitas flores.
A trilha é de fácil acesso e tem 1 Km de extensão, onde estão 4 pontes, sendo duas pênseis, que passam por cima de rios e foram feitas pelo exército. A trilha está dentro da Mata Atlântica e é o local ideal para quem gosta de estar em contato com a natureza.
O primeiro cache da trilha é um tubo pet não expandido contendo só o log (leve uma caneta)
The Forest Garden occupies an area corresponding to one third of Campos do Jordão (8.340 hectares) and is the oldest state park in Brazil. It’s one of the largest reserves of coniferous trees of São Paulo.
In the park there are plenty of attractions for leisure and relax. Forests for picnic, hiking trails, snack bars, a chapel, arborism, little train, greenhouse, and, if you’re lucky, you could see a variety of birds and butterflies along the trails.
FOR THOSE WHO WANT (AND CAN STAND IT: 11.3 KM IN TOTAL) TO DO ALL THE TRACKS ON THE SAME DAY, WE SUGGEST STARTING WITH THE T”RILHA DAS 4 PONTES“ AND THEN GET THE “TRILHA DOS CAMPOS”. ON ITS END, TURN RIGHT AND GET THE “TRILHA DA CACHOEIRA”. WHEN RETURNING, PROCEED TOWARDS HEADQUARTERS. BEFORE ARRIVING THERE, GET THE “TRILHA DO RIO SAPUCAÍ”, THAT IS CIRCULAR AND ENDS AT THE SAME LOCATION OF ITS BEGINNING. THE “TRILHA DO BOSQUE VERMELHO” CAN BE MADE BY BIKE OR EVEN BY CAR. THE PARK OPENS EVERY DAY (JANUARY, JUNE AND JULY) FROM 9:00 AM TO 04:00 PM. IN THE OTHER MONTHS IT IS CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS.
Everything is very well signposted and there are signs in favor of the educational environment.
It is a ride for a whole day, both for adults as for children.
You can also see a sawmill in the Garden Forestry, which is driven by an old waterwheel. Everything is the surrounded by greenery and flowers.
The trail is easily accessible and is 1 Km long. On the trail there are four bridges, two of them suspended ones, made by the army, passing over rivers. The trail is within the Atlantic Forest and is ideal for those who like to be in touch with nature.
The first cache on the trail is a pet tube containing only the log (bring along a pen)
