You know how it is.. you go out to find some caches. You find some, but others you do not. You get home and log all your finds... but what about the others?

I believe that DNF logs are helpful. It helps the cache owner and other people searching for the cache.
But many people do not log DNFs.
This is an easy mystery cache; there are just a couple of tasks. When you log this cache as found, include in the log the GC-code of a geocache in the last 30 days that you have failed to find. This cache can be found under some adverts near a fast-food restaurant. It's a busy junction, so there will be many eyes around, but you don't have to stand on a road or do anything dangerous.
The cache should be accessible to beginners and experts alike. If you have failed to fail to find all caches in the last 30 days, then I tip my hat to you. You should wait until you succeed in failing to find one before getting this cache!
Lastly, DNFs give solace to beginners. When you start geocaching it is easy to feel a bit stupid... all these DNFs, and yet the rest of the geocaching world seems to consist of only successful searches! Is everyone else just brilliant? No pretty soon you realise that many other cachers simply don't share their failures. But your failures can be a part of your success! And so it is with this cache.
