Spent July 4th at Grandview Campground with Ski3Pin. Took a little offroad adventure and saw a location that needed a cache and since I had one with me then we had to place it. This is a great campground if you bring everything with you (including water). Because there is no water there are no bugs, no bears and no crowds.
The hint is in the name and when you get to GZ you should be able to find it very quickly. Unfortunately, it sounds like the ammo can was taken by non-geocachers so the cache container is now much smaller but still there for the caching. You can get to the cache by taking the spur dirt road at the end of the campground by high clearance vehicle or hiking approximately .35 miles.
