Trip, trap, trip, trap Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

NightBlossom: A special thank you Brian who worked with us and encouraged the placement of these caches so many years ago. Sadly, as a result of life events we are no longer in the area to maintain our Caches. We wanted to thank everyone that has enjoyed the Fundy Trail Parkway with us so far. Again, thank you. Stay Safe and keep Caching.

Geocache Description:

I am not a Billy Goat, but I can see the Franklin Bridge and Salmon River as well as the Interpretive Centre from here. Bring along a lunch as there are picnic tables nearby. You can watch the changing of the tide.

Visit the Big Salmon River Interpretive Centre and learn about life in days-gone-by. Big Salmon River village was an American owned logging community from the end of the19th century until about 1950. The last owner was the Hearst Family. Take a short walk on our Suspension Bridge over Big Salmon River, view its crystal clear waters; watch for salmon.
