The cache is NOT located as the listed coordinates. But it is a very good place to park.
The cache is hidden on a moderately hilly section of the Victor Hiking Trails. There is some poison ivy along the trail, but none in the vicinity of the hide.
As explained in Flexagons 101, flexagons are folded pieces of paper that can be flexed to reveal faces other than the original front and back. Before being able to search for this cache, you'll need to build (and flex) a heptahexaflexagon, a somewhat complex construction that is 6-sided with seven(!) different faces.

You'll need scissors and a glue stick. First print this out. It's a two page document. If your printer can print two sided, you should be able print both sides on the same piece of paper with pretty good alignment. You may have to experiment. Otherwise, print out two separate pages. Then follow these directions to build your flexagon.
If you look at your completed flexagon, you'll notice that one side shows the "University of Geocaching" logo, while the other has orange and gray triangles showing various numbers. If you read clockwise around the perimeter, your'll see "43 0 1 3 2 5". That's one possible latitude for this cache. As you play with the flexagon, you will discover 5 different latitudes and 5 different longitudes showing up on the perimeter. The correct pair will be where the total of all the digits adds up to 58. So for the latitude shown, 4+3+0+1+3+2+5=18. If you found a longitude that added to 40, then the total for the two would be 58.
