Geocache Description:

Not at the published coordinates which are for a pub. This is the twelfth puzzle in my School Days Puzzles series, where each puzzle is (very loosely) based on a different school subject. All of the puzzles can be picked up on a circular walk starting and ending in Downside. There are several traditional caches, a few other puzzles, and a couple of church micros en-route as well.

To find the cache it is a tiny matter of solving the equations below:

            N 51 X
            W 000 Y

Where
            1000X=5B-C-10S+40U-1
            1000Y=6B-C+4S+40U-8

Use the standard values, and express using M.

Update 05/09/2014: The cache is now irretrieveable (or at least it is without getting severely scratched by the brambles). To log a find you will need to email me a photo from GZ. Details are given in Geocheck and to send the email, click on the "email me" link on the Geocheck page (in the blue paragraph at the bottom).

There are micro certificates for the first 9 finders.
