WSGA 48: Who? Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

verygeeky: Well, she had a good run and definitely one of the more fun to build. Fate would have it that they ended the geoart whilst I was waiting to re-jigger a container. Look for a modified version of the final piece of the puzzle up a little North.

Geocache Description:

The Scarf

The Doctor appears to have left his scarf lying about. (Doctor who, you ask? Exactly.) This scarf has a very peculiar pattern of colors, dissimilar from the one you're used to seeing the Doctor wear. In addition to the typical, it appears to contain TARDIS blue, white as bright as a supernova, and black as dark as the heart of a Dalek. Maybe you can figure out how to locate the TARDIS and return the scarf?

Call the Time Lord Hotline

For someone who travels around in a police call box, circa 1960, he certainly seems to have a way with technology. He carries the 'fix-all' sonic screwdriver and recently has rigged up cell phones that can place calls across time and space. I hear he even has a novelty hotline.

Phone
Original cache contents:
  • 3 small plastic fezzes (fezzes are cool!)
  • A healthy pile of trackables, including a British Bobby
  • Several 3x5 spiral notebooks for use as logbooks
  • 10 verygeeky Washington State tax token signature items
  • 5 verygeeky pathtags
  • A bag for the FTF, including some of the above and an unactivated trackable

I have not included a geochecker, due to the method that the coords are encoded. If you have something that makes sense, simply follow the instructions. Additionally, I have not included a hint, but will certainly provide a nudge whenever needed!

If you are having difficulty with the puzzle, due to a color vision deficiency, just ask! I have an alternate puzzle prepared!

Congrats to Welljointed, first to solve the puzzle and find the TARDIS!

This is one of 54 puzzle caches spelling out "WSGA" in honor of the 10th anniversary of Washington State Geocaching Association.
