Med anslutningsspåret mellan Ruds och Tyrs motionsspår får du tillgång till flera och längre spår varav ett elljusspår som är 10 km långt. Du kan starta från Tyrstugan eller Rudsspåret.

With the connection track between Ruds and Tyr's jogging track, you get access to more and longer tracks including one illuminated track which is 10 km long. You can start from Tyrstugan or Rudsspåret.
