This is meant to be a tricky little puzzle. An idea has been forming at the back of my mind for a while now and this is the fruition. There is nothing to see at the coordinates (at least connected to the puzzle), however the final location is not very far away. The encryption method is one that I first came across doing a puzzle cache to gain a new D/T combination. The method has been expanded though and a key is required.
