Tankengine: Well - the churner was spectacular when it was in full flow! However that was only during the construction of the Cotter Dam, and it is unlikely to ever be spectacular again... So technically, this is now a boring cache, and I have decided to archive it!

Geocache Description:

It seems that the pumping station has moved its excess water pipe! Well, actually, I don’t know what this is for! Why pump the water up, and then let it all flow out again? Maybe someone can explain the theory? In any case – when the water comes gushing out here, it is an impressive sight (see pic). Not to mention the noise – wear ear protection if you get too close!
