Geocache Description:

This event is slated to commence at 1100hrs and go to 1300hrs at McElmons Pond in Debert,

The sole purpose of this event is for a social gathering and if you wish a picnic. There is decent fishing in the pond and as well as a hiking trail here at the park with a few Geocaches located in the area, Also as a Bonus there will be; published either this day or the day prior, a geocache placed as part of the 2012 Nova Scotia Parks series. be sure to print off a copy of the required passport so if you wish to take part in this series you may punch. There unfortunately is no camping or services at this park but a nearby campground is Hidden Hilltop about 10 minute drive away that is full service.
