Geocache Description:

Flash Mob Event for the World Wide Flash Mob IX

A Flash Mob is a group of people who meet in a set place at a set time to perform something pointless for a few minutes and then disperse.

WWFM - World Wide Flash Mob - A fun and friendly way to promote geocaching around the world. Thousands of geocachers at dozens of coordinated events spanning the globe, gathering at the same time.

This flash mob will take place in Grimsby Town Centre at the site of the Old Bullring. There will be similar events happening at the same time across the UK: - Saturday 9th June 2012 @ 18:00-18:15.

You will need to arrive near the coords listed a few minutes before the event starts so you are ready. Walking around the area as muggles until a whistle is blown at precisely 18:00. Once you have confirmed your attendance I will e-mail/contact you with an amount of seconds you will need to count for after the whistle is blown. Once you reach your designated time STOP exactly where you are and point up at the sky for 30 seconds. People will be given staggered times so that to onlookers it seems that there might be something in the skies.

When your 30 seconds are up continue walking but make your way to the listed coords where there will be a log to sign and then position yourselves for a group picture. This should ease the signing of the log and cause a lot less confusion, for us...not the muggles! As soon as everyone is in place, a name will be drawn at random to claim the FTF and the group picture taken. At 18:15, another whistle will be blown and everyone will disperse their own ways.

There are plenty of places to meet up afterwards and I am welcome to suggestions where this might take place to have a chat and sort TBs etc.
