For about 25 years I lived nearby and regularly rode my pony Red Rocket [God rest his soul] along this bridleway and around the reservoirs nearby. Well worth driving a bit further to Bullaton Corner where there is a large carpark with picnic tables, and peaceful gentle walks through the woodland around Trenchford, Tottiford and Kennick Reservoirs. In early summer the reservoirs are a spectacular sight with rhododendrons in flower. Pike fishing is available with a permit in Trenchford, and rainbow trout fishing with a permit in Kennick. The bridleway passes an ancient Quaker burial ground adjacent to Clampitt House, which was moved to its present site from its original position which was flooded to make one of the nearby reservoirs.
THERE IS NO PEN/CIL IN THE CACHE = NO WRITTEN LOG == NO SMILEY!!!
