The venue is close to the Carlingford railway station and the L54 bus route. Drinks and snacks are available in the club.
As it is a club, please wear appropriate clothing (e.g. no flip-flops).
Agenda
The AGM will begin at 10.30 am sharp, with reports from the President, Treasurer and Membership Officer. Please note, only Geocaching NSW members may attend the AGM. Non-members are welcome to join the event at the conclusion of the AGM (around 11.30 am).
This will be followed by a Q&A session, culminating with the election of the committee for 2012/2013.
Please consider nominating for the committee, as 'many hands make light work'. A list of positions and their job tasks is available on the Geocaching NSW website, along with nomination forms.

The meeting will begin at 10.30 am sharp and conclude at 12.30 pm. The bistro is open, so you can purchase a meal after the meeting and continue chatting.
This is a perfect opportunity for new geocachers to pick up some tips on finding and hiding geocaches. Don't forget you can also swap geocoins and travel bugs at the event.
