A while ago, I found a multi in Seal Beach entitled Walking Among the Ancient Peoples which provided a different language for numbers. I thought it was a great idea, and I used that scheme for this cache.
Now, if you want, you can go to Orange County, and find the multi-cache, along with the numbering scheme, to solve this -- but probably not. Since the informational plaques are on boulders at the site, what better place to put a picture of the informational plaque(s) than in the cache descriptions of my series "Rocks are our Friends!" (or some variation of those words/acronyms in the cache names). Also included some general information about the Gabrielino as well 
NOTE: You don't have to actually find any of the caches!
Dollar coin for the FTF, and a travel bug to move along. Cache is a taped and camo'd plastic fiber container. The final is located in the Conejo Canyons Open Space. One access point is the new bridge that was installed in January. Refer to Western Gate to the Western Plateau (Conejo Cyn#1) for how to get to the trail. Cache is located within 20 feet of a newish single track bike trail up on the Western Plateau.
Watch out for pieces of cacti lurking by the cache and on the nearby trails
Please note that this Open Space area is open from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM
