Geocachers in Nottingham no doubt know the Colwick Woods area very well, so it seemed a great location for a CITO event!
Please meet at the posted co-ordinates at 10am, for a briefing before heading up into the woods, litter picking.
The event will run for a couple of hours, so will be finished by around 12.
This event is being run with the support of Nottingham City Council, who are providing all the necessary equipment (i.e. gloves, bags, litter pickers).
The Council will also remove all the rubbish at the end of the event.
If you prefer, you can also bring your own gloves.
Please make sure that you wear appropriate footwear - in places it is steep, so if it has been raining, it may be slippery.
Children are also welcome.
